We'd ask you to remember that we're not a retail shop and are not always able to answer the phone - don't get annoyed if you can't reach us right away - we have staff on maternity leave and the answering machine is often on during the early afternoon as this is our busiest period packing orders.  The best times to call are before noon and after 4pm.

All orders should be placed on-line.  Paying on-line through Nochex is fast and extremely safe as your card details are never seen by us or any other party.  Phoning to pay is possible but for reasons explained above and because of international time zone differences, is often not ideal.
